Leisure Hour and Arcadia Grey Come Together To Go ‘Off The Rails’ in Denver

Pop punk is back and better than ever, because the bands Arcadia Grey and Leisure Hour took over the stage of Denver's Seventh Circle Music Collective on Saturday, September 13th for their double headlined Off The Rails Tour with support from openers Skimmo and Lobsterfight.

It's no surprise that bands performed at Seventh Circle, one of Denver's punk hotspots. The venue's lighting, sound quality, and overall look set the tone for these bands' vibes, and the space is perfect for an intimate show like this one.

The Denver band Skiimo and the Pueblo-based group Lobsterfight kicked off the show with their energetic and addictive sounds. It wasn’t long before the crowd started dancing and moshing. Both bands make music within the pop punk/emo genres and their sounds were a perfect introduction to the headliners.

Arcadia Grey is a midwest shine punk band based in Chicago, Illinois, consisting of members Nat Breedan (lead vocals and bass), Cora Kudan (guitar and vocals), and Cooper Burton (drums). The band started their set off strong with songs ‘Moshpit Girlfriend’ from their 2019 album Konami Code, followed up with ‘Kevin Pickles and The Great Pool Noodle Excursion’ from their 2024 album Casually Crashing, their most recent single ‘HERNAMEENGRA VED’ and finishing off their strong set with their most popular song, ‘Skrrt Cobain’.

Leisure Hour is an emo-rock trio from Muncie, Indiana. The members include Isaiah Neal (guitar and vocals), Grace Dudas (bass and vocals) and Raegan Gordon (drums and vocals). They performed a high-energy performance, opening with ‘IF I COULD KILL YOU (I WOULD)’, then rolling through tracks like ‘Ode to Muncie’ and ‘Forgiveness’, and closing strong with their hit ‘jenny’.

The evening at Seventh Circle delivered an electrifying showcase of emo / pop‐punk talent with Arcadia Grey and Leisure Hour closing out the Off The Rails Tour. Both bands proved they’ve got the stage presence, emotional weight, and crowd connection to make an impact on Denver's music scene.

Both bands left the room buzzing, and after taking some photos with fans and staff, they continue to prove why they’re names are some to keep an eye out for in the emo scene
